Where are you based?

All of our products are shipped from Auckland but we do not have a physical store.
However, viewing of certain products can be organised via appointment.

Are your products genuine?

All of our products are 100% genuine! We are immensely proud of the products we sell and confident that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.

Why should I purchase from you?

We're a small but professional team, providing honest advice and go above and beyond for all our customers.
We have competitive pricing as we source our products straight from the supplier, giving you a piece of mind that your items are GENUINE and always covered by the manufacturer's warranty!

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once you've placed your order, it will be collected by the courier within 2 business days. Deliveries are typically overnight, but sometimes may take an extra business day.
Custom orders (orders that include stringing) may take an extra 1 - 2 business days.

What if my order is damaged/faulty on arrival?

If you receive your order and it is damaged/faulty, contact us immediately and we take the steps required to make your order right!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this point in time we do not ship internationally.
We're solely focused on our Kiwi shuttlers!

Can I trust the stringing?

All our rackets are strung professionally by our 2 stringers, who have a combined 34+ years worth of stringing experience.
We use VICTOR C-7032 Ultra for all stringing- this is the same machine used at BWF Major Team Championships.
